At Svollingvej 18, Vetser Husby offers a beautiful pool house, ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable West Coast experience with comfort, space, and activities.
The 5,007 m² property provides ample room for children to play and run around while you soak up the sun. A total of 15 people and 2 dogs can enjoy a wonderful time here. The open-plan living and dining area with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the house, encompassing 212 m² of living space.
The living area is heated by an efficient air-to-air heat pump, and in the evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, saving you the hassle of washing up and giving you more time to relax.
The seven bedrooms consist of four double rooms, one twin room, and one bunk room.
