We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Dame Street (lines 14, 15, 15A, 15B), is just a 5-minute walk. Dublin Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We charge €120 per lost room key card.
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your key card safe. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The Snug, our smallest room at 8m², has a stylish and comfortable space, complete with a private en-suite bathroom.
Ideally located in the heart of Temple Bar, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore some of Dublin’s most iconic attractions, including the Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College, the Book of Kells, and St. Stephen’s Green.
The area is also home to a fantastic selection of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, the room features a UK double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. For your convenience, tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided. The en-suite bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can travel light and still feel at home. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so all rooms are accessible only by stairs.
There is street noise you can hear from the room. This is a self-check-in property.
Please note it is not a hotel, so there is no reception or team on site. Housekeeping prepares your room for your arrival and cleans post-departure.
Daily housekeeping is not provided during your stay.

The bathroom could have done with a mop to push the water to the side since the shower floor is level to the rest of the bathroom.
