Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, and toaster. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player, books, games, and WiFi.
The property offers five bedrooms: 2 x king‑size, 1 x ground‑floor double with en‑suite (walk‑in shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC), 1 x twin, and 1 x single. The family bathroom includes a bath, shower over, basin, and WC.
Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. The farmhouse provides ample off‑road parking. Two well‑behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles; pub 3.7 miles.
