Luxury penthouse on the 8th floor with breathtaking sea views and a private rooftop terrace for stunning sunsets. Fully renovated, with 2 spacious bedrooms (double beds), each with its own sunny terrace. Bright living room with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and direct access to the rooftop. Modern open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower. Lift to the 7th floor, then a few steps. Garage included. Prime location on the promenade.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
