Despite the central location, this historic boat offers rare peace and charm surrounded by water views.
The open-plan duplex features a kingsize bed, private entrance, private bathroom, and a cozy living area with kitchenette.
Guests may also enjoy the shared rooftop terrace with panoramic city views.

The studio sits on a peaceful row of houseboats at the edge of the Nieuwmarkt area, one of Amsterdam’s most authentic neighbourhoods, yet pleasantly removed from mass tourism. Within minutes you’ll reach iconic highlights such as: - Central Station (5–10 min walk) - The Maritime Museum - Nemo Science Museum - Basilica of Saint Nicholas - Historic canals, cafés, and traditional Dutch bars The nearby Marineterrein is a lively hotspot with restaurants, waterfront terraces, and cultural events. Despite being in the city centre, the direct houseboat surroundings are calm giving an ideal balance between vibrant Amsterdam life and peaceful waterside living. Getting around could not be easier. Amsterdam Central Station is only a 5–10 minute walk, offering trains, trams, metro and buses to all parts of the city and the airport. Most major attractions, like the canals, museums and charming neighbourhoods—are easily accessible on foot. Renting bikes is simple and nearby if you want to explore Amsterdam the local way. Because the accommodation is on a boat and down several steps, we advise travelling light when possible.
