Accommodation description
Comfortable 3rd-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, ideal for families or small groups. Cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 and semi-open, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bath/shower and double sink; separate toilet. Both bedrooms open onto a spacious sunny terrace with lovely hinterland views. Wifi: yes – parking: not included – sheets/towels: bring your own.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

... der schöne Blick auf den Strand
.... dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt, das Besteck in der Küche so minderwertig war, dass es sich ständig verbogen hat
und die Schlafzimmer nur sehr schlecht zu beheizen waren.
Außerdem hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Autostellplatz.
