We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Bus stop (“Inchicore Library”) is a 3 min walk, take any bus to go to city centre (13, G1, G2) 10 min walk to Luas This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Welcome The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the creek views and historic gaol. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable UK king-size bed, with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The property was as described and the location was great a short 3 km to the middle of the city. We could walk to a number of the main attractions. Parking underground was very convenient. I would recommend this property.

The stay was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped with top-quality appliances. It was in a great location – not in the city centre but very well connected. It was comfortable and I really liked the neighbourhood.
The deep clean could be improved.

Fully furnished flat in a suburb. A very comfortable flat.
The only things missing are the instruction manuals for the television, dishwasher, washing machine and heating system, amongst other things.
