Kirk Yett Cottage is a pleasing semi-detached cottage in Linton Falls, North Yorkshire.
Overlooking the river this pet-friendly abode boasts a toasty woodburning stove, a dishwasher, and has garden with blissful views overlooking the river, making it a lovely base for families or friends wanting a countryside escape in Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Pull up outside this picturesque cottage, with its charming stone exterior and pretty plants.
Enter the charming sitting room with dark exposed beams, sofas and a warming woodburning stove set in the fireplace.
Throw a log on the fire as you enjoy a cosy movie night in. When hunger calls the stylish kitchen/diner is available to whip up a family feast to enjoy at the dining table set for five, all whilst the dishwasher takes care of any mess left behind.
As the day draws to a close, ascend the stairs to find three neatly presented bedrooms, two doubles and a single room, ideal for families and friends.
To freshen up in the morning utilise the shower facilities in the bathroom, if you need a relaxing soak, pour some bubble bath and take a dip in the sleek corner bath.
At the rear is an enclosed garden with a patio.
For a tranquil view unlock the gate and descend the steps to lower garden fronting the river.
There is a deck overlooking the river with table and chairs, along with a summerhouse where you can sit in peace and quiet.
There are further views of waterfalls and the stunning countryside.
Being located in Yorkshire Dales National Park means there is plenty of natural beauty to see, visit the various market towns with quaint shops and picturesque cafes, enjoy the stunning scenery of the moors with the company of sheep on some of your walks.

The Fountaine Inn in Linton is only a 15 minute walk away.
In Grassington, you can find The Devonshire, Black Horse and The Forester's Arms, again only a 15 minute walk from the cottage. Enjoy some afternoon tea on the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway - (Bolton Abbey Station), if you visit during the winter months you may experience the Polar Express experience with Santa making an appearance.
Thornton Hall Country Park is a great place for families with children, ride on the quad bikes through the farm or if you want to ride in style opt for a pony ride, there are little lambs to feed and calves, this place will provide lasting memories for your family.

Kirk Yett Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and seating for five guests, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a zip/link super-king-size, a king-size and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and off-road parking for 3 cars. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and 0.1 miles a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved pet welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy the soothing flow of the river at Kirk Yett Cottage. Note: The property and garden are multi-levelled and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Second time at Kirk Yett Cottage. An absolute gem of a cottage. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ideal location to explore surrounding villages. So peaceful. Enclosed garden great for our four legged friend. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and will definitely recommend this letting.

Absolutely loved Kirk Yett cottage, the views were stunning and positioned at the end of the Lane so very piece full. The only downside was the shower, we could not work the hand shower so only had the overhead shower to use and maybe a hand rail would be useful to steady you when getting into the bath

Kirk Yett is one of the best cottages we have stayed in . Absolutely everything has been thought of.Clean,Warm, Idyllic location and owners who go the extra mile. We are already planning our next stay after our perfect week there despite the heavy rain. Thankyou Robyn and David
