We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. LUAS - 10 min walk to Spencer Dock station. DART - 15 min walk to Clontarf Road station Train - Connolly Train Station 15 min walk Bus - 2279 stop at end of road, routes 151, 53 & N4 to/from city and beyond Bike - Dublin Bikes & Bleeper available locally Taxi - Free now service area regularly Dublin Airport is an 15-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

There is free parking outside the house and in the entire village. Although recently refurbished, the home is located in an old building, so there are some quirks with the plumbing.

The property is situated in a vibrant inner suburban village. The local area benefits from close access to the city centre, the 3 Arena concert venue, Croke Park and Aviva Stadiums and the National Conference Centre.
The area is further enhanced by the famous East Road cafe at the end of the road (two steps from the house); serving speciality coffee, delicious pastries, treats and freshly cooked breakfast & lunch, including vegan options, there are many more super cafes nearby within a 10-15 minute walk. There are numerous shops and supermarkets [Dunnes, Aldi, Lidl]. Dublin City and all it holds is a short drive or brisk walk away.
When you are looking to explores Dublin's offering of coastal amenities, whether you are a sea swimmer, a hiker or just enjoy a stroll with a view, the famous coastal suburb of Clontarf is a 15 mins walk away and you can access all of the coast from Howth to Greystones from the Clontarf Road DART station.
