The entrance of the villa leads to a large and bright living area equipped with sofas, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed and a fire place.

There are two double bedrooms with queen size beds and ensuite shower room; (One or two additional beds can be added for children in each room. A third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom: the fourth bedrooms, is accessible by a staircase that goes to the roof terrace, so this is completely independent room and features 3 single beds and ensuite bathroom.

The villa has Flat TV with DVD, sound system mp3, Barbeque, private parking.

The villa staff consists of a couple living in a small separate house behind the vegetable garden. It is possible to have a cook available at the cost of 200DH per day

Center of Essaouira 15 km from the villa, it offers all services neded, the coast is about the same distance The Mogador Golf club is about 19 km away


Rental rules

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

This property is self catering. In-house cooking can be arranged on request.
