Enjoy a comfortable and centrally located stay in Madrid with our well-designed loft apartment. The space offers a practical, cozy, and quiet environment, ideal for your stay in the city. The apartment makes efficient use of its space while providing all the essentials for a functional living experience.
We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.
The apartment features a loft-style master bedroom with a double bed located on the upper level, accessed via a vertical staircase through a 90 × 60 cm opening. The living area includes two single beds, one of which is a trundle bed, making it suitable for a total of four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, utensils, and cleaning kit. The modern bathroom includes a shower and essential amenities. The living area provides a sofa and Wi-Fi, creating a functional space for both relaxation and work.
The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to nearby services, shops, and public transportation. The nearest metro stations—Puerta de Toledo and La Latina—are within walking distance, and the Toledo–La Paloma bus stop (lines 17, 18, 23, 35) is close by. Atocha and Chamartín stations can be reached easily via metro.
Maximum capacity: 4 people
Distribution of the places:

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper
- No TV, air conditioning, or elevator
- Total area: 25 m²
- The master bed is accessed via a vertical staircase through a 90 × 60 cm opening
- The apartment is on an upper level without lift access
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Excellent location and very clean! Tiny, as noted and as generally expected in Europe. Great value for the location. May have been a bit more challenging for kids older than ours (11 and 13) due to height.
