It is very convenient to the markets. Be aware that if you have a lot of luggage or your travel bags are heavy, there is no lift. You’ll be walking your bags up four flights of a spiral staircase to get to the apt. But Frances is very nice and will pitch in to help.

This small studio is at the top of 4 flights up a narrow, circular staircase without a railing—it is the former servants entrance. Only the most limber and hearty folks can make it up with luggage.

Great place. Would recommend mentioning the number of steps to reach the apartment, (I think my wife counted 73) but overall we greatly enjoyed the stay.
