This detached waterfront lodge features air-conditioning with a heating function and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room has a cozy seating area with a TV with streaming functions.
The kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee capsule machine, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle.
The lodge has 2 bedrooms.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is 1 single duvet and a pillow for each bed. The bedrooms are connected by an ensuite bathroom.
The bathroom includes a double washbasin and a walk-in shower.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The water lodge has a garden with a water deck furnished with patio furniture, 2 sun loungers and a private jetty.
You can park your car close to your holiday home.
You can use free Wi-Fi during your stay. The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change.
In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request.
If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking.
Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details.

Fireworks not permitted In the Netherlands, private New Year’s Eve fireworks are banned and the setting off of fireworks of any kind is prohibited.
The park does not carry out any checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and fireworks-free night.
It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the immediate vicinity of the park. On 27 October, Thermaalbad Arcen hosts a special Ladies Night from 7:00 PM, with advance registration required and a package price of €39.95 per person (€12.50 for hotel and residence guests). The thermal baths will close at 4:30 PM for regular guests and reopen at 7:00 PM for Ladies Night.

Einrichtung sehr durchdacht.
Super sauber.
Die Toilette ist sehr eng und das Waschbecken ist einfach zu klein zum Händewaschen nach dem Toilettengang. (Ist natürlich der Raumgröße geschuldet.)
Es lässt sich nicht vermeiden, dass der Boden nasstropft.

Het huisje was erg modern en netjes ingericht. Het was prachtig om ‘s ochtends wakker te worden, schuifpui open en lekker de zon op je terras, direct op het water.

Geweldig terras, met trappetje kon je zo het water in
Temperatuur in het huisje was niet de regelen, hierdoor was het veel te warm.
Daarnaast 24 uur geruis van airco.
Bank leek wel van hout zo hard.
Handleiding via app is een goed idee, zou dan wel handig zijn als je weet op welk type nummer je moet zoeken.
