The house features a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen television, a games cupboard, and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with a five-burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, and filter coffee maker. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet.

On the first floor are three bedrooms with double beds. Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. All beds have single duvets. The ground floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating; the upper floor has central heating.

Outside, you'll enjoy a spacious terrace with garden furniture and two generous gardens, separated by a ditch with a small bridge. One garden is designed for peace and relaxation, while the other is suitable for games and activities. The garden borders a private nature reserve. There is a covered bicycle shed with a charging station for e-bikes.

• Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years) and primary school groups are not allowed.
