This delightful 103 m² duplex apartment, with its original, charming decor, is ideal for a stay with family or friends of up to 7 people.
Located right next to the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, you will also be just an 8-minute walk from the famous Petite France district, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The flat is located on the 5ᵉ floor without a lift, offering plenty of light and an unobstructed view of Strasbourg's rooftops.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A spacious and friendly living room with sofa bed, 3 armchairs, 2 coffee tables and a TV, perfect for sharing relaxing moments after a day of sightseeing - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and a dining area for up to 8 people - A comfortable bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table and storage cupboards - A charming attic bedroom on the first floor, with a single bed and a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a beautiful view of the city's rooftops - Bathroom with large bath and washbasin - Separate WC The flat is located in the Gare district, a lively, multicultural area with a mix of international restaurants, small art galleries and cultural venues, including Strasbourg's Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art.
Thanks to its central location and excellent transport links, it is an ideal base for exploring Strasbourg on foot or by tram.
All amenities are close at hand, including a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket.

appartement spacieux, bien placé proche vieille ville mais aussi limite ville ce qui est pratique pour se garer sans avoir à payer le parking.

Appartement bien situé, très proche du centre. 5e étage sans ascenseur. L’appartement n’est pas aussi neuf que les photos pourraient le laisser croire. Les fauteuils (salon et cuisine) ne sont pas de première jeunesse. La salle de bain est très spacieuse et la chambre de l’étage très agréable. Après une première impression un peu décevante, très bon séjour malgré tout.

Op zich was het wel ok, maar de foto's deden meer verwachten dan dat het was. De bedden waren niet heel goed, slechte matras, de zetel was kapot, de stop van het bad (afvoer) was kapot. Voor de rest heel basic maar proper. Ik denk prijs/kwaliteit in orde.
