Single storey — Ground Floor
Open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with bi-folding doors to the garden
Kitchen with marble worktop, Neff appliances; oven, built-in microwave and gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine (taking Vertuo pods), dishwasher, fridge-freezer and wine fridge.
Large social peninsula with three bar stools. Living area with large, sumptuous corner sofa, feature fireplace (for decoration purposes only), wall mounted smart TV with access to Netflix and Bose Bluetooth speaker Dining room (semi-open to kitchen/living area) with wooden dining table, seating 8 Utility cupboard with washer/dryer Bedroom 1 — Master suite (sleeping 2) in king-size, four-poster bed, oversized ceiling fan, armchair, hairdryer & hair straighteners provided, with en suite shower room Bedroom 2 (sleeping 2) in queen-size bed, oversized ceiling fan, with hair dryer & hair straighteners provided Bedroom 3 (sleeping 4) in two built-in bunk beds with full sized single beds, armchair, with hair dryer & hair straighteners provided (bottom bunks suitable for 1 adult, each) Large bathroom with roll-top bath and hand-held shower, and separate walk-in shower Outside Bi-folding doors from living area lead to an enclosed garden Composite cladded deck area with al fresco dining table, chairs, and built-in bench seating for 8 Hot Tub Raised patio area accessed via steps with chairs and fire pit Garden games provided — giant Jenga, boules, corn holes Beach hut on Tankerton Slopes included in your stay (10-minute walk) with large deck and views out to sea Services Towels and linen provided Wi-Fi (80mb) Central heating Big Green Egg BBQ Enclosed garden Two pets allowed — Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. Therefore, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time.
Please be respectful of the neighbours on both sides of the property.
Please only play the Cornhole garden game between the hours of 9am and 5pm. There is a sound monitor installed to monitor sound levels (inside and outside) and any excessive noise will incur a fine of £150. The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm, and music and excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm. Groups aged under 30 are not permitted, and the house is more suited to family groups.

Thought we would visit Whitstable as heard great feedback and we were not disappointed what a great town full of character \r\nThe house was also a lovely surprise and surpassed our expectations \r\nGreat location ,super Whirlpool and the bedroom ceiling mounted cooling fans a revelation in this weather \r\nHighly recommended and we will return

Only complaint was the remote control on tv didn’t work no matter what we tried I think this should be looked at as if you have children it could be very disappointing

We really loved our stay at the Little Beach House. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was very relaxing!
Tankerton was a lovely location too, right by the seaside and a short walk to Whitstable for all the lovely shops. Lots of good restaurants in the locality.
