This ground floor studio accommodates 2 people. The living room has a TV, and 2 single beds. The television has streaming functions. So you can view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the TV screen. You use your own accounts to do that. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a coffee cup machine and a combination microwave. There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The apartment is pet-free. The flats on the ground floor have a terrace and some flats on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor have a balcony. These can be booked with preference. Parking is possible at the central parking, and use of WiFi is free. The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category. You stay in an appartment that has all the modern comforts. Your appartment is at a rock’s throw from the boulevard, where you can buy great souvenirs or look for a nice restaurant to eat at that night. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Why not take a stroll down the beach or rent a bicycle and discover the beautiful environment? A visit to the famous cheese market in Alkmaar or a day of shopping in Amsterdam are also absolute musts. The beaches of Egmond aan Zee have a Blue Flag, the European hallmark of clean and safe marinas and beaches. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot. Construction Work
Construction work at Graaf van Egmont will begin on Monday, 14 September 2026. A new section will be added to the apartment complex. The work is expected to take at least one year and may continue until December 2027.

Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sehr praktisch mit der Tiefgarage im Haus
Au h due Ausstattung des Apartments war sehr ansprechend
Die Küchenschränke und die Türen waren sehr mit Fingerabdrücken verschmutzt
Gute Lage, ohne Klimaanlage und Beschattung innen sehr warm.

Sauber, gute Lage
Check in erst um 16 Uhr, obwohl Zimmer um 12 Uhr fertig gesäubert war.Für 35 € früher Check in möglich, unverschämt.
Keine Klimaanlage, sehr warm bei Sonnigem Wetter.
Ohne Balkon, ich dachte mit Balkon gemietet zu haben.
Neues Studio mit asphaltierter, trostloser Hinterhof-Optik.
