Wake to the sound of waves and take in jaw-dropping coastal scenery from the Juliet balcony at Brook House, a stunning retreat in Cornwall’s Far West.

Arrive down a private drive with sweeping sea views, then enter through the porch, which offers ample space for surfboards, wetsuits, and beach equipment, perfect for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts.

There’s also a handy outdoor tap for rinsing wetsuits, muddy paws, and walking boots after a day spent exploring the coast. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and dining area, a twin bedroom, and a shower room, ideal for families or couples seeking flexibility.

Upstairs, the double bedroom and bathroom sit alongside a comfortable sitting room, where those unforgettable sea views steal the show.

On clear days, you might even spot dolphins or glimpse the Isles of Scilly. Brook House also benefits from private access to a small enclosed garden just across the drive, complete with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating, a lovely spot for al fresco meals or relaxing after a day on the beach. With private access to Gwenver Beach, adjoining the iconic Sennen Cove, the walk down is a joy in itself, offering spectacular cliffside views.

The South West Coast Path runs right past the property, making this a dream destination for walkers and dog owners.

For those heading along the path towards Land’s End, the Land’s End Coffee Bar & Roastery makes a perfect pit-stop for weary ramblers.

Back at Sennen Cove, you can book a surf lesson at the award-winning Sennen Surfing Centre, right on the golden sands of the beach, or warm up afterwards with a sauna session at Bos Sauna, perched on the edge of the cove with sweeping Atlantic views, best followed by a refreshing sea dip. When hunger calls, Sennen Surf Lodge serves up laid-back beachside dining just steps from the shore. Its exceptional setting and repeat bookings speak for themselves, Brook House is a firm favourite for coastal escapes. Brook House is a semi-detached cottage close to Sennen Cove, 5 miles from Lands' End. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and twin room. There is also a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a Juliet balcony where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Outside there is off road parking for one carAdditional parking in the field behind the property. A lawned garden with furniture. With Gwenver beach right below you, Brook House is in a fantastic location for a memorable holiday at any time of year.

It was a lovely location and the house was ideal for us. The only downside was the shower screen over the bath had part of the seal missing/not in place at a couple of points although it was still functioning. Really enjoyed our stay, left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Brooke House, the location of the property is perfect for walking and the views are stunning, we loved the walk down to the beach, the cove is beautiful. The property was perfect for us and our 2 Dogs for a weeks stay very spacious and a great base for seeing the sights. Th...
