This super modern villa with its own private swimming pool is located in Sucina, Murcia.
The villa has two floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
The main bedroom upstairs has a large terrace with outside seating and views of the pool and the mountains.
On the ground level you have a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen with patio doors on two sides leading out onto the terrace and swimming pool area.
One of the great features of this villa is the outside space which has a large outdoor salt swimming pool with jets at one end.
The pool can also be heated during winter months for an additional fee.
Outside you have a large terrace with sunbeds and garden as well as the outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, fridge, sink, oven and hob.
Sucina is a small village just 20 minutes drive from the beaches on the Costa Calida and a great hub to enjoy the many golf courses in the area.

The Villa was wonderful and just what we expected, it was very clean and it's position was great to be able to walk to the lovely square for the restaurants and pubs. We had a couple of minor issues and contacted the property managers who were extremely helpful and professional, the minor issues sorted all within the hour. We will definitely be returning.
