You live in a central location in a typical Viennese Wilhelminian style house. The house is in the 20th district (Brigittenau) in a quiet alley close to the Augarten - the oldest and possibly most beautiful baroque park in Vienna.
Very nice and quiet city flat with a large balcony - it offers space for 4 people. There is a living room with dining area, a bedroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. The accommodation is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). The kitchen is fully equipped. For a fee and on request: garage parking space, extra bed, baby cot and pets (only on request).
You will find everything you need for your everyday needs in the immediate vicinity: supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, restaurants and cafés, chemists. From here you can reach the 1st district with its wonderful sights in just a few stops by public transport, and the Prater can be reached directly by tram: U4 Friedensbrücke Tram 5 (Westbahnhof - Praterstern) and 33 Bus 5A
