Welcome to Appartementhaus Florian Are you planning a visit to Vienna and looking for private accommodation? Our quiet house is located in a garden estate in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre and the Danube Island. The ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities such as immersing yourself in the cultural life of a cosmopolitan city or a visit to a wine tavern in Stammersdorf. The convenient location of our hotel makes it easy to get here, regardless of whether you are travelling by plane, train or car.
This flat (TOP 4) is located on the 1st floor and does not have a terrace. The use of the garden is possible, but the terraces are reserved for the ground floor flats Top 1 and Top 2.
The flat house consists of four identically furnished flats of the same size. The bathroom (5.5 m2) is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin with vanity unit. The bedroom of 11 m2 consists of a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a five-door wardrobe with mirror front. The 24 m2 living/dining room has a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric hob, extractor fan, fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and crockery for 3-4 people. Furthermore, the equipment consists of a dining table with 4 armchairs, a sofa bed with living room table, a wall unit with satellite TV and free WLAN connection. Parking for residents is available directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity.from March 2022, the parking sticker will apply throughout ViennaMonday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (except public holidays), parking is only possible for a fee with a parking ticket.for guests of the Florian flat there are (paid) parking spaces on the neighbouring property or garage spaces approx. 300m away.
